Yes, indeed there are two Al Mana Towers..
1. Commonly known as Toyota Tower, Abdulla Abdul Ghani on Najma intersection. You can see a huge building as you take right on C ring road towards the Airport.
2. The second one is in Bin Mahmood, not in Al Sadd. And McD's and Applebee's etc are in Fareej Nasr, not Al Sadd.
The New Almana Tower has nothing to do with Al Sadd, as you all are saying.

Yes - its the one in Al Saad. Have been there. There is also a Gloria Jeans Coffee - an Australian coffee shop - great coffee. There are still more shops to open.
Aisha, its the new twin towers in Alsadd opposite mcdonalds/applebees. Its called also Almana tower. But you were right theres an old building in airport road.
No Almana tower is a very old building on airport road. Between Toyota Tower and Qatar Airways on airport road.
