Souq Jabor has them i bought two barney outfits for my boys from there for 90 riyals each..

yes, I've seen one in the toy shop that is in the middle of Hyatt Plaza, literally in the middle by commercial bank. I stumbled across it for my 2 year old but I'm Barney'd out lol
