Best Medicine to Help Lose Weight?

Can any1 please tell me which is the best medicine available in Qatar to help lose weight in a short period of time?
I am eating healthy (fruits, vegetables and chicken- no oily or junk food, no soft drinks) and working out Daily for around 1.5-2 hours, and have been doing it for past 10 days but i do not see a very good result, or rather no result at all. This is really depressing.
Any help would be appreciated.
its an anti-obesity drug. but is prescribed to those with BMI higher than normal in short, obese. once a day x 30 days x 2 or 3 months, depends. but u wont definitely lose in just 10days.
also, if what you stated above is true, then keep it up..its healthy.. yes you wont notice it in 10days bec ur in a water loss stage which is the first 1-2 weeks of your workout... 3-4 weeks you will notice urself trimmed down a bit... continue working out then on your 2nd-3rd month, you'll start seeing yourself able to wear your old pants and skirts.

The healthy ammount of weight to lose a week is no more than 2kg. Aim for gradual weight loss rather than more immmediate results, you're more likely to keep it off rather than pile it back on.

5 steps
Step 1 - 8 glasses of water a day
Step 2 - Cut out inflammatory foods (google it)

Step 4 - Resistance exercise mixed with interval training (google HIIT or tabata), more beneficial than just cardio
Step 5 - Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

Best thing is to run evening for 1.5 hour and avoid drinking water during meals try to drink water half an hour before meal and one hour after meal. and try to nt sleep after eating and no dinner just one apple is enough and c the result in one week. try to eat more cabbage its good for losing weight. avoid oily foods and eat more salad to compensate. good luck

You didn’t gain this 5 kgs in 10 days, so be patient you will start to see the result after two weeks..if you are eating healthy food as you mentioned above, you need to cut down the portion size..mostly when you are working out you will be more hungry and you will eat more. If nothing is working you should see a doc and get your thyroid checked

3 times a day make it one time that too only at night and jog for 4hours daily in the afternoon i assure you that you will loose all the KGs that you have for good. Just dont pass out.
You must reduce your sleeping time too & avoid foods with high sugar contain & carbohydrates.

P.S I asked for a medicine, which will help me lose more and show up the results quickly, as I need to lose around 5kgs in a very short period of time(1 month).
Run at least 2 hours a day in the corniche at 5PM for next 10 days. I bet you will lose atleast 5 KGs.
Make it a hundred days and then check again.
jogging on corniche for 3hours in afternoon everyday. Specially now.
