Cars: Customer Service & After Sales Support
We are looking to buy a new car. After visiting a few dealerships, we realized that customer service can be an issue. The previous threads on QL confirm this. A quick review of older threads suggests that Honda is OK, Toyota is mixed, and Kia, Nissan, Chevy, and Chrysler are bad.
We like one of the Mazda models, but the Mazada showroom was not impressive. Has anyone tried their after sales support? How about other brands?
Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to hear about Hyundai / Mazda. It's good to know there are a few dealerships that value customer service. Thanks.
Mazda and Hyundai has the same After Sales Support Services. So far I had not issues with my Hyundai....
Most brands have poor customer service and after sales support, no matter if it is Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, Chevrolet or others. It's interesting about the positive comments about Citroen, hmmm might try them out the next time as they gt some beautiful models now, like the DS 3 and 4
What ever you do, do not go to Jaidah Chevrolet. A year on and we are still dealing with a salesman who stuffed up our purchase. Now he has his commission, he doesn't care about our problem that he created. You also have to wait all day to get your vehicle serviced at the Chevy service centre in the industrial area. All round bad experience dealing with Jaidah Chevrolet. Can't comment on other brands.
Citroen's Customer Service and After Sales Support is the best. Ex: If your car needs to be serviced/maintained, they will send a driver to your location, have it done and return back to your location. No hassle, you save time and effort. Plus they are friendly.
Based on personal experience.
