Diamond jewellery in Doha.

Wanted to share some information with you all. For those of you looking for diamond Jewellery here, try Carat Diamond Jewellery. You may not have heard of them (neither had I) but trust me, they are fab!!! Got to know about them from a friend of mine who moved back to the USA last month. I ordered a solitaire set of ring, pendant and studs there and they made it exactly how I wanted it. Had done a lot of research before ordering it and had checked out the prices and quality in a few big jewellery stores. After my research, I approached Carat and specified my requirements and budget to them. And I found that they quoted me a much cheaper price than I had expected!!! The thing is that they are wholesellers and are actually the ones supplying the loose diamonds to most of the jewellery stores in Doha. So, when we buy from the stores, they are adding their profit and making stuff more expensive for us. Im very pleased with my purchase (my husband isn't, obviously!!!). We may be moving back home to Boston after summer is over. If that happens, I will definitely get all gifts for the family from them. Diamonds back home are very expensive and so its great to buy them here so cheap. Also, my friend got the jewellery checked out back in the States and found out that the prices she paid here are very reasonable. The same jewellery of the same quality, she bought it here for half the price quoted to her there. Really want you guys to check out this place, if you are planning to buy diamonds.
