Did someone deal with [email protected] ever?

Did anyone try to deal with this email add ([email protected])? as I request to buy a cellphone and he replied asking for payment to be sent through western union.
Can anyone help me to know if this is trusted to send him money for the cellphone shipping?
Regards,
You have to ask yourself a simple question:
How are you going to be sure that you will receive a phone and that it will be working if you do receive one?
Western Union is a way of sending money to third parties and offer no guarantee that you will get something you have paid for. They will not refund your money once the other person has collected it. It is fine for personal payments but not for doing business with someone you don't know.
If the seller is in Qatar then you can give them cash when they deliver it to you - its also cheaper for everyone. If they are not in Qatar then postage could be high and you might get a better deal locally.
If it looks too good to be true, then it probably is, even if it is on the internet!
NOT a good idea.
I think anybody that once get hookeed-up by that kind of occasion should give warning so no body else will not get fouled the same way
Anyway,..I never saw flag of scam on the suspected criminal thread...most of the time...i just put flag on it
What do you think guys??
its a scam. dont send any money .. buy it from trusted websites like www.amazon.com, www.buy.com etc
AS A GOOD ADVICE, PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVE IN SUCH DEALS. ALL THE GOOD COMPANIES HAVE THEIR SITE ADDRESSES www..... not gmail and hotmail.
Dear. A official and registered company never use GMAIL+HOTMAIL+YAHOOMAIL etc. so please dont send any money. Buy from Souq Najada or Alsadd and keep guarantee with you. Better
