For the quality in service and food and affordability, I recommend the following:

1. Little Manila

2. Sun and Moon

3. Orient Express

4. Amwaj

5. Rotana

Filipino restaurants in Doha (as far as I can recall).

In the Souq:

Pilipino Bakery

Kamayan (in front of Gulf Horizon Hotel)

Najma / Mansoura / Muntaza area

Amwaj (behind Gulf Cinema)

Royal Resto

Puerto Galera (If you are into waiting for your food...)

Champion (I don't know if still open)

Jaidah / Bin Mahmoud / Ramada / Al Sadd area

Al Jazeera (currently closed by Baladiya)

Cocina Filipina

Central Cafe

Qatar Bowling Center canteen (they have Pinoy menu)

Certo Royale

Little Manila (back of Hamad medical)

Orient Restaurant (also in Al Rayyan and Hyatt Mall food center)

Asian Traditional Resto (in Markhiya / TV RA)

Florian Cafe (City Center)

There is also a resto in Bin Omran Center (I forgot the name -it's like a Turkish resto but they serve Pinoy foods as well. It is at the back of QIB. Opposite Petra)

There is also a Hospital Canteen that serves Pinoy food but I am not sure if I am at liberty here to say what hospital... it's up for you to discover...
