U can get small and medium sized flags at any R/a in Qatar...

but if u r looking for something big to fit your vehicle i suggest you to visit Souq Ali at Madinath Khalifa near to Qatar Immigration Office. There are tailors who are working particularly on this...and you can get it for very nice price since they are the wholesalers..
