I'm going to buy a new laptop for general purpose like Autocad & entertaintments (expecting features: processor intel core 2 duo 2GHz, Ram 3GB, 250GB HDD ect). I check prices, Acer is cheapest. Is it good brand. Please let me know your ideas and experiances, Where has good price and special offers,

What are the other things should I concern?

DELL XPS Series.

I heard for entertainment and video editin, Macbook is good. Multitouch trackpad makes the process easier

I used Acer but I was not happy so I replace it with HP. price is a bit higher than Acer.
