Lesson learnt from LuLu Hypermarket!

If you are from Kerala and if you have any issues with items purchased from LuLu, don't try to talk to them in your language thinking that they better understand; talk in English if you can. I promise, you will get a better service...lol
Hahaha, My experience about Lulu too, the cashier at counter#7 charge 460 QR over bill. At first they try to say it difficult coz I have no bill for referrence. But, I ask them to look at the credit card slip they mention all everythings, time , date counter# why don't you track in your system to see how much I really buy? I explain them how to make it easy way. After the found out what I said is right, they try to excuse said the that new staff make mistake!! whatever!!! I finally got back cash 460 QR , Thank God!!!
and all this time i thought that mallu was the main language at LULU. Looks like now the nepalis have made the mallus go quieter out there
If you talk to them in mallu ..you wont get anything ...
just talk to them in english/make it loud/ change your accent and ask for manager ....
There you go,
Thats it :)
sorry to say but respecting english is in some ppls blood... and they feel honor in serving ppl with english...
I dont know what the reason is.....???
