I just found the last Guitar Hero game in Lulu and guess what, some of the Pieces were not included ... and when i called them.....they simply ignored me and hanged the phone when I said "i have a complain"...... I had to like called about 10 TIMES and yet no one understood i had to say .. they want me to come there and replace it when its the last item .. [[wysiwyg_imageupload:1396:]]
even if u go in person it is pointless.i bought an ipod touch 4g from lul.it had 6 month warrentysomething went wrong with iti told them the problem and they said they will take 2 months to deal with itpointless people -.-
