it very easy my friend all u need is 735 mb of data plus a data cable and internet itunes and computer knowledge and u get a unlocked version of the 4s.. :)

Well first you could look up google and see if there's a unlock for the 4S out yet. Which i'm not sure myself, Secondly if there is i suggest you get it done through someone who knows what they are doing, you can find such someones in any mobile shops, try the mobile souq opposite Souq waqif or even in Al Saad behind KFC.
you can get it unlocked by taking it to any mobile shops in the souk
