I am thinking seriousely to open a small restaurant but I am hesitating which cuisine I should impement ( Arab, Asian including Filipino, Indian, Thai), North Aftrican ( moroccan, Tunisian). Also which are the best location suitable to open such business.

I heared that Filipino Restaurants are doing very well due to the size of the filipino community.

Also is it wourthed to combain all those cuisines under one roof.

Please advice me.
