There are some in Carrefour City Center. We were able to buy some before Christmas.
You can get in Hallmark, lots of colours and patterns but in many cases will cost more than the gift!
Dream Shopping Centre you can get any thing and every thing of that sort from there..
Try out the Naaz store just across the signal located near Hotel Mercure.
I think you can get some at Al-Rawnaq or Rameez always get confused between the 2 of em..but im sure they have it there.
Check with Trans- Arabia.
But we normally have our wrapping papers from Dubai.
Try gulf greetings (not sure if this is the correct name), its in City Centre infront of Carrefour and next to Commercial Bank. They sell printed tissue-paper like wrappers or japanese paper and other gift wrapping items
