Wedding dress tailor?

Can anyone recommend a good wedding dress tailor? I already have a picture of what I want, and it's a simple design. I've been quoted anywhere from 18,000 QR to 2000 QR. The problem is, I'm not sure what a fair price is, nor a reliably good shop/person to go to. Any suggestions?

There is a place next to Bateel in Salwa Road. I think is a fashion designer. Lovely dresses though

Thanks for the suggestions. It's a designer dress that I could buy in a US shop for $4,500, but I thought I could save a lot more money by having it made in Doha. I just don't know what price to aim for, or if it will come out in good quality. I'm a little overwhelmed!
