A while ago I saw how they draw the prizes at mega markt. Prizes were some cars and about 200 vouchers. For like 15 minutes some managers and customers took tickets out of the raffle box after which the managers took the tickets and started writing numbers down. I guess after he saw all the ticket numbers (and the names from people) they determined which ticket got which prize.
