I am a Bsc.Civil Engineer, I wanna make my Msc (on Construction Management) or MBA.
Could anyone pls suggest me which university I can apply.

MES School offers a Part Time MBA program targeted for working individuals it is affiliated to the Indira Gandhi Open University, Delhi

Manchester Business School at Dubai would be a good option. You will need to spend 6 days every 6 months in DXB.

Texas A and M University here in Qatar has programs in Engineering and Carnegie Mellon offers degrees in Business. Both are American universities in Education City.
