Are you preparing for an interview? Behavioural based interview/situational questions are a good way to gauge if a person would be the right fit for a position.

I would suggest you look back to your last position and think of times when you had to work under a tight deadline, or were handed a project that was beyond your scope of experience, or when you had to collaborate with co-workers who were not team players. If you ever experienced little things that appeared stressful at the time, but the end result made you feel like, "Yay, I did it!", then you've overcome obstacles.

You might want to ask the person who is interviewing you if they want you to use a work-related or personal experience.

Please don't make something up!

It was a challenge that I thought was a test of my manliness. So I did not let it go. I had to face it....

Inside, my heart was pounding fast. My stomach was churning in nervousness. My hands at my back were starting to sweat in anticipation.

With a nod from him, I threw my right fist forward at the same time my eyes closed trying not to see what happens next.

Then there was cheering.... I opened my eyes to look...

I won ! He had paper, I had scissors! Our team kicks first!

there was this idiotic neighbour of mine who used to park his car in front of my garage, because he had two cars.. effectively blocking it, and even after repeated requests he didnt do anything about it. So I killed him.
