i am planning to apply for the residency prog at HMC..I went through the requirements..Thy have mentioned Personal Statements..???pls..could sme 1 please explain wat they actually mean...????
Working for HMC as resident doctor is like one of the shitty jobs. that too if you are from India. they treat indian doctors badly ( also indian patinets). It is not a professional setup there. there is too much arrogance from manage ment. may be they think, they have too much money , so much arrogance. salary are bad. and discriminated based on nationality.
Also you dont get the exoperience as you get in india. without vasta difficult to get the job.
