You can go to the near masjed (mousq) and ask Emaam to private tutors teaching children to read the Quran.

i pay QR. 600 for my Two Kids. Who comes to my home & teach them he is very good man, hafiz quaran. he give 1 hour or some times he sit more than that, he cares the children very well, my kids are one 8 y another 7 Y old.
