I don't like looking at US News or Forbes. I tell my students that its not about what's best; its about what's best for them. Different schools have different teaching/learning styles and different environments. If a student can't cope with one school that's supposedly good and drops out then it doesn't beat out a student who found the right school that fits them and succeeds exceedingly well (does all the extracurricular, gets to know their professors, becomes a student leader, etc).
This is one of the many technical colleges in the US. Tuition is sometimes more expensive than public schools. Its not regionally accredited (http://www.chea.org/Directories/regional.asp). Regional accreditation is considered the top standard in the US, and most top schools have some sort of regional accreditation. This doesn't mean that this college has low standards.

Coleman University is a very small, very expensive technical college. It is not ranked by US News and World Report or Forbes. It just shut its branch campus abruptly and without notice, citing low enrollment. I don't know that too many people have heard of it. It's graduation rate isn't very good.
