She wouldn't have felt so uncomfortable and worried ?

Couple of hours ago. I had gone to this bakery to get some snacks for the workers. And the bakery is owned and run by a lady. She is probably in her 30's or 40's. She always wears a saree. And by now, I have been to this bakery a couple of times. She knows me by face. She doesn't know my name. She doesn't know who I am. Or whose son I am. I am just another stranger that visits her bakery quite often. Just another stranger. And today when I was at the bakery and when I started talking to her asking about the different snacks that she had at the bakery. I noticed that she was feeling really uncomfortable. She kept looking at me in the eyes and at her saree. She kept covering her belly with the saree. She felt I was looking at her belly. And I didn't. I didn't look at her belly.

I got the snacks and I walked out of the bakery. And when I did. I thought to myself, "How beautiful it would have been if she was a muslim. She is shy. She is modest. And in Islam, belly of a women is considered as her 'Awrah' that has to be covered. Her belly would have been covered and she wouldn't have felt so uncomfortable and worried."

"O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters, and the believing women, to draw their cloaks (veils) over their bodies. That will be better that they should be known (as respectable woman) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Quran - Surat Al Ahzab vNo. 59]
