"I miss you" is usually said over the phone/chat and "I will be missing you" in person / face-to-face situation :)

"I miss you" Is in Present tense and

"I will be missing you" is in future tense :-)

Either way the person is gonna be missing the other one...they gonna be missing each other so no difference in how they say it....

The later one is used when you are departing from your loved one and the former is used when you and your loved one are already living apart.

this is very easy question normally who loves really other they will say i will be missing if somebody only try to found something form other they will say i miss you as a formality.
