hope anyone of you could help me or give us an information.. his name is joemar i meet this guy from a common friend, he actually introduced to me since my co-worker know that i`ve still looking an agent for a visa for my wife. My problem is that its been a 2months from now wala parin ang visa.. first he said to me the visa will release 1week,after 1 week i called him up asked how`s the visa he said na meron daw problem sa visa na ina apply nya sa embassy it was the gender of my wife nagkamali daw he comprise na marelease daw in 10 days its been a 2months wala parin hanggang ngayon..1.possible ba na hindi nya gnamit ung pera binigay ko sa kanya for the visa? ksi i`ve been trying to call him hindi nya sinagaot ung tawag ko and he even don`t bother to reply my text. 2.hindi na ba pwede e refund? 3. pwede ba kami mkademanda? 4.pwede ba e report sa POEA?
