ABA support

I bought an airpods from carrefour, after 2 months starting having problems, upon contacting the aftersales, they informed me to go to ABA for service as apple local authorised center , I took it to them, since 2 months and till today no news and don't know when it will be repaired ..... extremely bad support ...

I strongly advise not to buy any apple products from Carrefour for bad support ....

I guess you should be unhappy with ABA who you state are local authorized dealers of the product and where your item is lying. Carrefour may just be a sales outlet.
