Good day friends!

Now facing another problem why is it so hard to find flats with budget around 3,500-4,000 that give out house contract that can be stamped in Baladiya? There are allot of advertising for rent but none willing to give out contracts that I can invite my family with unless I can rent with 10,000 riyal or more that just too much)

Brothers what are my options? Advice suggestions? Why in Qatar all backwords

There's no more flat that will suit your budget. Only shared villa which is not allowed by baladiya so they will not stamped it.

Option: Look for a bigger flat and someone who wants to share with your flat.

I recently took a 1 BHK flat in Doha-Jadeed/Najma, close to crazy signal for 5500 and got all required documents and also got baladiya stamped yesterday.

Hello friends,

Thanks for reply.

I read few posts here in qatar living I think all i need is to collect required documents and go to the Baladiya.

But What I been told they can provide documents but will not guarantee baladiya stamp
