Or ask the mobile person to buy one dozen squash / juice bottles plus a new squash set - jug & glasses at home place as an alternative to the mobile ................... & you pay the bills ......
You may ask that relative to learn painting from an expert in the coming summer holidays ............ & you pay the fees ...... .........
Shahid , Everything happens for a good cause ........... your money is saved ............ other benefits can be listed as well like if you send an item to one relative other will definitely ask for the same piece ............. then there will a queue at your door ............. ................. so just forget it & sit down { relax } with peace of mind ................

If QPost has refused it then there must be some solid reason behind it. Possibly, it may not be allowed. Try one or two courier services and they too refuse, then the only option may be to send it with some one going to your home country.
