Advise: Buying 2nd hand car

Hi, I am moving to Qatar soon and would like to ask for some advises how to buy a used car in Qatar. Please kindly advise me with things I needed first to do, provide and procedures in terms of buying and transferring of ownership.

Do not buy a 2nd hand car there usually worn out and have high mileage on them; but if you found the one and managed to beat everyone to it first, you better have it computer-checked at Salwa road which gives you a detailed evaluation of the car performance (engine, gear box, chassis); good luck!
