Anyone in QF ECCH Missing a Cat?

Is anyone missing a Cat in Qatar Foundation ECCH housing Lot 1 or 2?

I saw a brown/grey cat this morning before I went to work. Its in one of the apartment buildings, I thought it may be trapped so I opened the door for him to leave. But he wouldn't budge.

Im back home now and he is still there, I left him some water...but aint got a clue what to feed him? Im hopeless with pets. But he been here at least since 7am this morning and its now 3pm. So if he aint thirsty, he must be hungry.

I would prefer to reunited him with his owner, rather than call security as I think they may fine the owner for letting pets out or something
