can two companies apply work visa when i am in visit visa...?
Hi im niyas.Now im working in the company which they provided me a business visit visa.Now they are applying work visa for me.But im not sure what is the status of processing.Now i got the another offer.Can the new company apply another work visa for me if the other visa get passed.Please help me..Thank you....

I personally know many people like this (Niyyas's) thought of school, who are now " back to India" or in process of cancellation. and now they and their family members calling and requesting for giving them one and last opportunity again.
One guy was more smart, after one month long processing,interviews, telephone calls, signing contract letter, and getting visa copy he suddenly refused to come and said that he has very serious family problem and even he swear to God. Employer said ok. right after 2 days that guy called again and you know what ? he apologies for telling lie, then he start to requesting plz I have another company's good offer and I wanted to join that company. but due to visa is withdrawn by you I cant join that company....lolz
Career growth and looking for best wage is right of every body, but after making commitment with one company who is investing its time, money, and whatever resources they have it Truly totally unfair and very bad to break your commitment. so Always first think carefully and then join anybody... don't wast others resources, time and hopes after making commitment

Mr. Niyas, be Honest and loyal to the company who facilitated you first for job and visa opportunity. why you and most of the people like you first beg for the job, when job gotten then immediately start to look other offers just only for 500 to 1000 more money ? believe me due to this reason most of the employer are hesitant to give opportunities to Indians. we should make a good image not bad.

hi..NIYAS. As I understand, the second company cannot process your visa. Your visit visa may be already converted to work visa without re-entry. Before stamping your visa , you can leave the country and you can re enter with other company work visa.
don't be too greedy... honor the company who invited you to come to Qatar.
