Asking NOC to a company is easy just try contacting them.... But as experience here in Doha, most of company do not give NOC (Slavery and Racist attitude)

Here some tricks if you are canceled (applicable to Asian National) !

1. Return to Qatar in 7 Months with Visit Visa (3 Months)

2. Apply for a Resident Visa after 10 Months

But the most easy way is after 2 years you will be free, when returning to Doha after 2 years of cancelled visa you can get easy work visa.

Note: Do this on your own risk!

Just apply for visit visa or business visa. There is a lot of Agency here who can assist you.

he only needs NOC letter, and he can come back. ut company has to provide him with the ticket.. he shouldn't have borrowed money from his friends or so...

other passport is not going to help, as they identify you by your fingerprints while issuing RP...

No NOC was given and infact the company didnt even bother to shoulder for his air fare.It took time for him to leave immediately bec nothing left for him to buy ticket.,after more than a week of collecting money fr friends, finally, but again,he has to pay for penalty for over staying.how sad...

If he got an NOC from the employer, he can come the very next day even if his visa cancelled by his employer.

I don't know if the upcoming (or not) new labour laws will make a difference or not.  You'll just have to wait and see!
