is toyota foruner 2.7L is good car for a family of 4 , mainly on-road use and very little off-raod use.

Ok, as a serious note, 2.7 Fortuner is just a shaded Hilux, with same engine, suspensions and transmission. 4.0 L has bigger engine and its AC and drive quality work better. But still the on-road drive quality will never be matched with Prado , Land Cruiser or Honda Pilot. for best on-road ride quality go for Honda Pilot. for best offroad, Pajero 3.8 is no one to second. for mixed use, Prado is ok.

in that budget , better to go for Pajero. I must be biased bz i ma also selling my 2009 Pajero .... lol

yes its good for off road but land cruiser is best for off road.. :P
