Certificate of employment

I am a nurse and I have my working experience from a private clinic owned by a physician. Is this working experience valid for the Supreme Council of Health evaluation given that I already have an employer here from a private clinic as well?

And also, the owner doesn't have a logo in its letterhead and it doesn't have a stamp.

Is this COE valid and acceptable given that it's not a hospital but just a small private medical clinic?

I needed answers asap. Thanks alot!

I mean I'm talking about the physician way back in my country... I worked in his clinic..

All SCH licensed physicians are assigned with medical ID # ( rubber stamp ith name # no. ) that is enough for his attestation.
