Changing Hamad Medical Centres

Went to Al Khor Medical Centre where I live to sort out a minor ailment. Was told I'd first have to go to West Bay which I visited and then Al Gharaffa. Also told me to see community hospital in Al Khor but they sent me back after 2 hours wait to Al Khor Med Centre to go through whole process.
Now I have never been to the Med Centre in Al Gharaffa nor do I want to living in Al Khor. If you are someone who managed to change their med centre quickly and painlessly, please let me know how.
