From personal experience get a second hand Toyota, you're going to bump your car no matter how good a driver you are, besides toyota cars are heavy duty most driving schools use them.

It seem's you aren't well planned before buying a car. I'm with japanese cars as they are reliable and maintenance free for atleast 3-5 years since buying them.
for your budget, Your choice can be as follows
1. Toyota Corolla (beware of after sales service)
Qr.65000
2. Nissan TIIDA or Sunny. Qr.60+
3. Mitsubishi lancer (cars gets tiring after 2 years &
no resale value) Qr.60+
Mitsubishi nativa 4x4, just add Qr.20000/- to your
budget.
4. But recently i heard chevrolet are also doing good.
Go to all showrooms and start comparing their prices and feedback before you buy.
you can rent car from various model weekly for a month...then you can decide
You can also buy a nice Trek bicycle made from carbon fiber for this price.
Get your self a Tida...
Do you really trust me choosing a CAR for you ? Don't you have any ideas yourself ?
If you don't have any ideas, buy the Cheapest you can get as you probably would not be disappointing anyway. If oyu got some knowledge,you probably would buy a European Car, not any Japanese or Korean boring stuff.
