Is there anyone living in The park residence in Abu Hamoour? Is it crowded on the road bethween there and the airport area, near navigation plaza, c ring road. how long it takes to commute during offic ehours 8-5 ..we have our own car

My husband work at the bay area and it takes him from the park residence like 45 min. he just leaves early morning.
