Company Bankruptcy

Dear All,

Need your helpful advice and information. If the company declare bankruptcy. Can we still receive our benefits like salaries, gratuities, return tickets etc?

Do we have a case if the company will insist that they will not provide those mentioned benefits? Thought?

From what I know, if a company declares bankruptcy, you will get just 30% of your benefits. However, check with someone who is in the financial sector. Once the company declares bankruptcy, I do not think you can have a case against the company.
