complaint against ooredoo fiber optics
Is there any option to file a case against ooredoo fiber optics department.?please comment your advices below.
actually it's a long story...well I will make it short. On April 6th I gave an application for new connection but the guy at customer care told me I can get only copper connection but when I check in their website I came to know am eligible for fiber optics (cheating-1). Then I lodged a complaint for shifting to fiber. They promised me 2-3weeks but it got extended per week (cheating-2) and when I made a lot of enquiry after 1and half month I received a msg that I have an appointment on 18/05/15 But on 17th I received another msg my appointment got fixed on 25/05/2015 And when I called them I came to here that on that date there is another person on appointment so my date got shifted (Cheating -3).
Am wondering in this Qatar only a person is there to attend customer appointment really this is a f**k....They are playing without doing any jobs...And where to complaint against them...
Politeness, a friendly approach, a pleasant smile, a cool mind, and an understanding of the real issues behind the delays will help you achieve much. Venting out your frustrations with four-letter words at QL will not help you achieve anything.
Ha ha ha yes I know ....before I has heard from someone and I felt so happy....definitely I will try it

#molten: sorry my frnd I dint mean to call them ....I mean about my situation.....it's been 2month I ain't get a connection and still technical issues they saying....their replyies are like fooling a kid....so that's why am not so cool....anyhow they replyied me for assuaring the appointment today....hope they will keep their promise..

are you sure about the date?? you mentioned 18-05-15 that's today..

First step is to send email to them with your complaint. IF they do do not complete the job in one month , you can go to consumer protection department. Also it helps if you can go to Ooreedoo branch, so that they can give you the exact reason for the problem. Pleased carry your electricity number which is the reference they use to check if fibere is available in your area or not.
Yours is a standalone home or an apartment?
FYI there are lots of standalone buildings in fiber areas which do not have fiber. Just because the website shows you in such an area doesn't mean that you are guaranteed fiber connectivity.
i watch Bollywood movie "Hero Hiralal" - there is one tree if you have pain and scream as much as loudly thru that tree and your wish may fulfilled but same thing cannot expect here for your case, just remember f*** , forget , don't file it this is life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
