how can we control ourselves... I know any time I will explode coz I cant take it anymore

If you are angry with your co-workers and also they are your housemates what you gonna do? they are saying and thinking negatives about you and talking at your back

Discussing the uncomfortable issues which could be the reasons for such behavior will help. I think it is a process which can take  time to solve.

move out if you can, nothing worse than having to put  up with workers you dont like at home...Its always good to separate work from home, esp if you cant get along...

the cure is really to hire the best HR manager ...

screen all the applicants & all the problems mentioned above can be minimized.

however, due to the cross-cultural nature of most working environment ... it will take time to adapt to new work place, people & culture.

there is no short cut, just give and take.

reasoning may help if the other party is listening.

often this turn to arguing ... which is quite useless when some people are just too defensive.

The 3 main approaches r expressing, suppressing and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive not aggressive manner is the healthiest way to express anger. Confront them is a nice way, make clear of what your needs are and how to get them met without hurting others. Being assertive doesnt mean being pushy or demanding, it means being respecful of yourself and others.

Hate it when someone talks behind my back.

.try to reason with them and win them as friends ....

confront them in a nice way, ask what could be the problem. because probably u might have done something unconsciously which made them dislike you...

but if they behave that way for no reason at all, then ignore! afterall we cant pleased everybody!
