Defective iphone
I bought a iphone Yesterday night and was preparing it. Shockingly, it turned out to be a defective piece. I rushed to Carrefour today morning hoping that I will have a replacement. But their response was very disappointing. They suggested to stay until their service person comes at 1 pm. Otherwise I can leave the phone with them to get it fixed by the service center. Now I have bought a defective item. How stupid.
This has happened with one of my friends. He bought a defective laptop. We bought a damaged too for my baby yesterday. Is there a way to end this corporate arrogance in the name of company policy? Either they are selling damaged goods purposefully or they have no business ethics. Better not turn again to Carrefour for future shopping. Better buy in small shops across streets.
It's not just Carrefour though....It seems to be a Qatar-wide problem; it's the same story with Lulu, Al-Rawabi and probably others. It's like they sell defective electronic products here generally. I'm never going to buy any electronics I can buy elsewhere here again. It's so unacceptable!
Go and ask them .. warranty there so u can claim
