Difference between NOC and Visa Transfer

Hi Guys

I came to qatar 15.05.2014. my company provide the visa to me, and i signed in 5 years open contract. now 3 years completed here. now how can i change another company??

if i go cancelled can come back qatar as soon. or after finish my 5 years contract then only.

Please clarify to me.

Brothers If I have family visit visa and I am getting any job in qatar then which procedure I have to pass?

So an NOC with out transfer is like, you join fresh to a new company as you are new to employment in Qatar.

An NOC with Visa transfer is just change of employer and rest everything remains intact, including family status, designation on visa etc .. I hope this understanding is correct !!

NOC means you will get a no objection certificate but you have to have exit Qatar and will come on new visa from new employer. Note family visa will also be cancelled.

Transfer means release so you can change employer without any exit , no effect on family visa.

I passed 2 times here in Qatar with the same situation and i got NOC and my family visa has cancelled with mine.

NOC is a headache but transfer release is good.

I agreed with Kidangen opinion..if they provide only NOC with out transfer then u will loose ur family status..

NOC means Ýou present employer cancel your work visa with them and give you an open NOC or NOC to your new employer. which will not loose your present employers visa. in this case it affects u r family status. Visa transfer means the current visa is transfering to new employer- only the change in sponsor which will not affect ur family status. but you present employer wil loose one visa. This is as per my knowledge. thanks
