Electricity bill for RP

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply for RP for my family. I heard, I should have the electricity bill on my name to apply for the RP. I'm staying in a part of villa and the electricity bill comes on my owner's name. So how can I get the electricity bil on my name? Is this necessary? If yes, what is the procedure to get the electricity bill on my name? thanks...

What you want is Baladiya attested rent agreement. Try to get that whole villa's agreement in your name so you have a chance for RP.
