Family visit visa

Hi Can anybody help ?

my wife is here in qatar by visit visa and i need to apply for a family visit visa now for 6 months ,She can get NOC from the current visit visa provider, IS that possible to trnsfer her visa to new family visit visa without exiting Qatar or do need to Exit ??

And please advice me to apply for Family Visit visa.

If you only need 6 months its renewable to a max. of 6 months for visit visa but if you need family residence visa your basic salary must be 10k to qualified for residence visa & she must exit from Qatar.
