That's why I sent this request for help, I sent also this requst to know if there is anybody here in Qatar from Dominican Republic and have a SIM card to be used only for the unlocking if possible.

I have iphone locked on a network in Dominican Republic (I don't know which one) so I need to buy to SIM card from there just to unlcock the the mobile and I can return it again.
