jondpogi's advise is really timely as summer is approaching. hot weather can also trigger stroke. i hope nobody will be seen by him (jondpogi) in the future.
too bad here in Qatar, we dont have the annual medical check-up unless we voluntarily do it. so balance meal and exercise please..this is to remind myself also. maabuso din ako. thanks jondpogi!
