Going to Haj 2015 from Qatar?

Dear QLers,

I am a foreign resident in Qatar, completed more than 4 years.

Just curious to know , what is the procedure to apply for Haj 2015?

As the population and quotas are less , is it very difficult to qualify and get selected ?

What is the cost range for one person or a couple?

My wife is here for just one year, is it possible we as a couple can be qualified? as in the government website for foreign residents , they need at least three years stay in Qatar.

If anyone in QL knows more details about going to Haj from Qatar please share your valuable information.
