HELP HELP HELP

Hello Friends Its really pleasure and good to see that everyone is helping each other. and i must say this is the best place to solve the problems. and here goes my problem my dish tv is not working. I am a new user and i recently connected the line. Channel 100 is working which means the signal and cable is okay but the other channels are not . It shows "This is wrong view card for this set top box Error code:14" though its a same one and a new as well. I place the chip at the downside and inserted it, everything looks fine.. I recharged yesterday for 6 months but even i cannot find the customer ID. Please help me on this as my daily soap is being missed out.

There are several shops in Doha that specialize in fixing such problems. Take the assistance of your friends and colleagues in locating any of them. If you Google "Satellite Communication Equipment suppliers in Doha" you may be able locate some of them.
Just send a sms HR to 54325 from ur registered mobile number. Hope this will solve ur problem.
Call you neighbour in the eve over tea & biscuits ......... issues like these get resolved in no time ......................... .............
