Help regarding my Over Stay

my work visa expired on 8th dec 2013...I know there is grace peroid of 3 months for my company to Renew my visa.
But now our management decided to cancel my visa and then they going to transfer me to Bahrain Head Office, after 1 or 2 months.
Can i Stay in Qatar 1 or 2 months even after my visa expired.?
then they will cancel my VISA. or Company have to pay penalty for over stay?
