Hiring a driver? How do I find one?

Hello! I've moved to Doha, Education City to start work teaching in Al Wakra weeks ago and have had a hard time finding a driver. I have been looking for over 3 weeks. I don't have my license yet so it is important for me to find transportation to Al Wakra and back every Sunday-Thursday. My school has been providing a bus but this will end next week September 2nd. Anyone know any driver's who may be interested in picking me up at 5:30 and taking me to Al Wakra and possibly doing the return trip at 3pm. Thanks for any and all advice!

Unfortunately Uber won't work for me over here. Which would be helpful because I know you can arrange for regular rides through this. Thanks!
