Do we need Houding Contract to apply for Family Visit Visa and wht are the correct requirement.

Yes ofcourse a housinf certificate - tenancy certificate is required. It shall be a letter from the house owner stating his name, address of house for rent, rent amount & Kahrama Water and Elelctric Customer numbers along with signature from the house owner. The documents needed are as follows.

Application Form

Husband Id Copy

Wife's Passport Copy

Salary cum Profession certificate from Husband's sponsor

Tenancy Certificate from house owner (Normally non attested as it is only visit visa)

Attested Marriage Certificate

Requirements for applying Visa for other relatives:-

1, copy of personal id or passport of the sponsor

2, Copy of sponson's wife passport with valid residence permit or residential tenancy contract

3, Letter from employer of the sponsor citing profession and salary

4, Valid passport copy of the visitor

5, Documents to prove relationship

1, copy of personal id or passport of the resident husband

2, Letter from husband's employer citing profession and salary

3, copy of attested marriage & child birth certificate

4, copy of wife valid passport
